I first met McKristie & Logan when we shot their engagement session last year. It’s amazing to me how far away their wedding seemed at the time, yet how quickly their Best Day Ever came. McKristie & Logan have known each other since they were kids. In their wedding video, Logan confessed that he’s always known he was going to marry her, but he was just waiting for the timing to work out. There were so many moments during the day that brought me to tears, and that was definitely one of them. Their love shines out on everyone they meet. Their love of kids showed throughout the reception, from the coloring table with coloring pages of photos of them, the candy bar, to dancing the Hokey Pokey and the circle of kids dancing around Logan and his mom during their first dance. The party entered the reception doing a surprise flash mob-esque dance to Uptown Funk that I’m surprised hasn’t gone viral haha. I can truly say it was a magical day, and an amazing last wedding before our move to Colorado. McKristie and Logan, thank you so much for sharing your Best Day Ever with me!
