Dessa’s vision for her and Ben’s spring Grand Junction engagement photos was the warm spring weather, mixed with our beautiful blooming trees, and of course Grand Junction’s staple – the Colorado National Monument. Talk about everything I love! A little adventure, the pops of color of the blossoms, yes please.
We started our adventure in downtown Grand Junction where I’ve been eyeing the blooming trees for a week or two. It was so fun to capture Ben and Dessa in the spring colors, knowing their wedding will be in October with all the amazing fall color too! I love it when I have the chance to capture my couples in multiple (and stunning!) seasons.
From downtown we ventured out to the monument to a couple of my favorite spots. It is such a fun challenge to mix up locations and find new cool ways to utilize the environment. You know how much I love getting those vistas! We definitely got that with Dessa and Ben… we spent the whole hike marveling at the views around us (it just never gets old!) As the sun set behind the cliffs of the monument we wrapped up our session; my ideal end to a Saturday. Take a peek at some of my favorite captures from their spring Grand Junction engagement photos:
